Hi, I’m Alex. I’m a composer, educator, and producer based in Dallas, Texas. When I’m not writing music or teaching people about music, I’m probably teaching myself how to play an instrument.

I try to make sure that all my music tells a story, whether it’s on stage, or recorded. I have had some really cool opportunities to write for award winning a cappella groups, film and television, and live concerts and musicals.

Over the last year I have started a project where I write 15 short musicals in 15 months. You can check out the shows here.
